Nicole worked in manufacturing, product development and research of wovens and nonwovens for 6 years before launching Pure Filter Solutions. Nicole is the 2012 recipient of the AATCC Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and was a 2014 inductee into the Council of Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni at Georgia Tech, where she obtained a B.S. from the Materials Science Engineering department.

Dr. Fred Cook is an industry-leading Professor Emeritus of the school of Material Science Engineering at Georgia Tech and serves as technical advisor for PFS. Dr. Cook served as Chair of the school between 1997-2002. Dr. Cook's research interests lie in the fields of textile and polymer chemistry.

Prior to joining Pure Filter Solutions as operations director, Sally was an entrepreneur for 35 years. Sally's storied career as a entrepreneur includes owning one of Georgia's most successful restaurant chains with over 200 employees and being selected as Glamour Magazine's 'Working Woman of the Year'. Sally keeps the Pure Filter Solutions operation lean and at the forefront of the industry.
