Full-Scale Filter Sock Testing

 Full-scale tests were performed on the Pure® Filter Sock system by an independent laboratory, TRI Environmental Inc. The testing was designed to simulate the pumping of sediments and oil-laden water from underground utility vaults into a portable filtration system in order to remove most sediments and oils prior to discharging the filtered water into a storm drain or sanitary system. The testing characterized the sediment and oil removal efficiencies and the associates flow capacity of the Pure Filter Sock filtration system.
